Legal
Terms of service.
The rules for using researchspace. Last updated: June 16, 2026.
Agreement
By creating an account, paying for a subscription, or using researchspace, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Researchspace helps you save, tag, search, privately annotate, and optionally publish links. The service may change over time as features are improved, removed, or added.
Accounts
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You must provide accurate account information and must not impersonate another person or reserve usernames in bad faith.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these terms, create legal risk, or harm other users.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans, invoices, payment methods, taxes, and subscription changes are processed by Dodo Payments. Your access may depend on payment status reported by the payment provider.
Prices, limits, and plan details may change. If a change materially affects an active paid subscription, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice before the change applies.
Unless required by applicable law or explicitly stated at checkout, fees are not automatically refundable after a paid subscription period begins.
Your content
You keep ownership of links, tags, notes, and other content you add. You give researchspace permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the service.
You are responsible for the content you save or publish, including whether you have the right to share it publicly.
Acceptable use
- Do not use researchspace for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass service limits.
- Do not publish content that infringes rights, exposes private information, or promotes abuse.
- Do not use the service to distribute spam, malware, phishing links, or automated link farms.
Availability and changes
We try to keep researchspace reliable, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, bugs, third-party outages, security issues, or operational changes may interrupt access.
Disclaimers and liability
Researchspace is provided without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that saved third-party links will remain available, accurate, lawful, or safe.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, researchspace will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts located in India will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
